We are currently working on a new website for Enjoy, with the help of designer Jayne Joyce and webmaster and designer Steven Uprichard. This exciting new development for the gallery will improve exhibition archiving with its own search function and feature a new and improved discussion forum. Expected launch date November 2007.
In January this year we inaugurated the Enjoy Reading Room. This fantastic resource was part funded by Creative Communities, designed by the Enjoy trust and constructed by Carlos Wedde. In June 2007 visiting collaborators T & G Building assess the reading room and added extra shelving, lighting and decorative elements during their occupation of the gallery.
New donations from artists and publishers are always welcome and necessary. You can help by adding to the collection to maintain visibility for local projects and expand our reading collection for public use. Donations of catalogs, essays, zines and ephemera have come from many galleries and individuals. The Govett-Brewster, Adam Art Gallery, Physics Room and Bristol's Arnolfini all donated their complete published back catalogue. Thanks!
Why not...take time out in the serenity of a white cube to browse and research from Enjoy's growing collection of local, national and international arts publications. Photocopying can be arranged by request. We are also proud to stock - and offer for sale - the efforts of local arts publishers, including Clouds, White Fungus, The National Grid and much more. Full list and prices here!
New in Stock!Specluation, White Fungus #8, Hue & Cry and Celebretard Magazine
